Surely it’s more time based too, the ebb and flow of people sucking at different times has to be a factor. Not even 5% suck 100% of the time. There’s no way that 95% of people don’t suck 100% of the time either. Are we saying that 5 in 100 people will suck. If so think that’s an underestimate.
