I think this is entirely down to the mentality of the developer. Feedback that the project will achieve traction and user adoption is motivating for many of us.

I think this is entirely down to the mentality of the developer. Feedback that the project will achieve traction and user adoption is motivating for many of us.
- unconed 4y agoYes but "I'm looking forward to seeing more" is about as reliable an indicator of future adoption as "For sure I'll invest in your company" is, coming from friends and family. If it motivates you, you're in for disappointment.
