So many flaws in this plan. It's hard to know when is the "right time" for such a move.
- scotty79 4y agoI agree that it's geared more towards voluntary departure. So it's not a fix-all for the entirety of the problem mentioned in the article but some of the deaths the article talks about are suicides. Given that we are talking about middle aged lonely men I'd guess it might be a significant part.
