The Blessing of Humility by Jerry Bridges. I've been a very prideful person nearly my entire life. This book really opened my eyes and also led me to Christian faith. I highly recommend it, even to children like my older son that also struggle with humility. Also, of course, I'd recommend reading the New Testament, as it is the source for much of the material in Humility.
