- voakbasda 4y agoIndeed. Even the courts do not fully respect this principle. Why should a corporation?
- janalsncm 4y agoBecause there’s an asymmetry in how easy it is to make an accusation vs how easy it is to defend oneself from that accusation. That’s why it’s my opinion that you shouldn’t have to prove yourself innocent. I don’t want to live in a world where I’m presumed guilty of whatever offense I can’t immediately shake off.
- feet 4y agoFrankly, your opinion doesn't matter. What matters is what happens in the systems and it isn't that so that is not a reasonable assumption to make
