While I don't doubt there are some legitimate arguments against specific vaccines, for the most part, the anti-vaccine rhetoric that has become more prevalent of late is not based on expert good faith argument or even valid science at all. If anything, the last few years has made it a less ripe topic of discussion because the data is rather hard to argue with.
