I have been trying to contact them regarding the transfer of a .gq domain of a customer. Their platform is bugging and marking my order as automated: "We were unable to verify you as a human, please try again later." I sent a ticket and they replied two days later, saying that they "will not be able to effect this transfer". I asked the reason and didn't received yet another reply.
