I use a todo thing I made https://madprops.github.io/Hoff/ https://madprops.github.io/Hoff/ I don't care about due dates, I just write the tasks I have to do in the short term (same day). Then tick them when they're done. It helps me not forget things too since I can add a task when I have an idea. I have a dedicated spot on my monitor to display it.
