There are a lot of levered credit instruments out there pinned to ZIRP conditions that no longer prevail that have yet to come to maturity because the Federal Reserve raised the rate so fast. I have to wonder how much high interest debt terms will impact tech capex, and when we’ll see those effects gain traction.
