You would expect the consultant to explain this to the small business owner, who isn't the SME.
- asah 4y agosigh, I know. But food brokers are outsourced commissioned reps and not strategic thinking shareholders. Food brokering is a tough business and many are (shall we say) not that great, and very few think strategically. (I do know some great ones, btw)
