I'm unaffiliated with Janelia, but I did interview for grad school there a few years ago. Janelia is basically heaven for neuroscience research. I know a lot of people who would give their left leg to work at Janelia as a scientist. There is some seriously cool research going on there. Janelia is also very interdisciplinary, from what I saw on my visit. Lots of CS people working with physicists working with neuroscientists. The campus is absolutely gorgeous too.
