I have no idea how an they "adjust" for a fact people who had vaccines perhaps in general are more familiar with the heath are system, because they might have more dealings with it in the past. Other vaccines they took alongside this one, other illnesses. Or the opposite way, perhaps people who took those vaccines also take better care of what they eat, do more exercise etc. I wouldn't read too much from this one study. It really takes a lot more to have some level of certainty.
