Allow me to doubt that.

he had already been arrested in April, and it is more likely that the Romanian Police have other means to find out his location, or they simply entered his villa and found him there.

- jaclaz 4y agoSure, but my skepticism is only about the fact that the Romanian Police got the info analysing the twitter video, as said they should have better means to know if someone is or is not in the country, particularly if already subject of an investigation.
