Perhaps she isn't a programmer and wanted to hire someone to do it.
- _448 4y agoYeah, she is a lawyer. And in addition to hiring engineers she would also require a group of lawyers and people(ex as well as current) from the government and law enforcement to get this working. This requires initial funding.
