Our local library here in the Netherlands is like this. The local archery club practices inside a few nights a week. There is a full court gymnasium, a stage and enough space to seat a few hundred people. There is a coffee bar, pool tables, plenty of seating and even a few books! ;) The building is open until 11pm 4 days a week, with reduced hours on Friday and Saturday; closed on Sunday. I guess it's no surprise that the website describes as more of a "Multifunctioneel Centrum" as opposed to just a library!
