I would really want to work at the Twitter now, just to experience chaos when things break and all people who know details of the systems are gone. I’ve been part of my fair share of outages at other big tech, and even with right people it can be chaotic. Question for ex-tweeps - what was state of the documentation/tools/procedures before you left, that would allow non experts to debug tricky outages?
