Nothing wrong with people from other countries but its harsh when your own government does all it can to destroy your ability to make your own way on every single level, from an education system that requires lifetime peonage to a healthcare system designed to bankrupt you, to California style housing inflation from coast to coast. Then deciding to "fix" the inflation on the backs of the most impoverished.
