I'm kind of amused by this since I have had a LOT of terrible dates as a guy, paired with running into the same person in a professional context and getting the distinct impression they were refusing to engage me as an equal because I wouldn't date them. (That's not the kind of feminism I imagined when I stood up for folks to get internships, jobs, and tenure.) Unless we're using "toxic" as a synonym for full on sexual assault, which really needs to stop -- rounding down criminal behavior to a personality conflict is horrible, and should not be tolerated.
