I mentioned this in another thread, but Southwest feels like they fuck up in ways that are understandable, if unfortunate. Delta, United, American and co. feel like they intentionally screw you out of perverse pleasure and a desire to cause you pain. Southwest's seating may be chaotic, but it's not United where you have to pay an extra $60 to not get a middle seat, likely in the back of the plane.
