- janalsncm 4y agoOn the other hand, I could see ChatGPT as a pretty useful study tool. “What are some essay prompts for XYZ class?” could be great to study from, especially if you also get the answers. In any case, the author gives a great solution to the problem: oral exams. For humanities classes (for which ChatGPT is the biggest threat) it’s a more realistic measure of what you’ll actually want students to take away from the class. Oral skills are extremely underrated in academia, so maybe this can serve as a corrective measure.
