Replace X with whatever career path you want e.g. CEO, CTO, COO, CMO etc. There are companies that specifically have career paths for young employees where an employee is deliberately put into various departments/divisions of the company to groom that employee for a future leadership position. Search for companies like these. Most big companies have these types of programmes.
