Less cold related deaths? More habitable? More outdoors? Norway have a lower amount of excess deaths related to the winter than most others countries, even much warmer countries like e.g. Spain. Being outdoors isn't an issue. It's not that cold in Norway. It's Norway, not Antarctica...
