+1 for Hetzner. Even though the website is in German, I've always been able to get qualified help in English. I don't know how they'll feel about C&D's, though. I've never been in trouble with my servers.

  I have. They generally just forward the complaint on to you and tell you to deal with it. Unless lawyering gets involved, they don't give two hoots.
