- nullsense 4y agoI've not dug into the primary research on this particular aspect, but I seem to recall reading in a second source at least something to the effect that physical size of the neurons is also a factor!
- nullsense 4y agoSpent some time reading through "The Neuroscience of Intelligence" last night as I got curious about this again. On the weight of evidence it appears to be related to larger brain volume combined with shorter pathways within and between brain networks. Which makes total sense when you think about it.
