Not trying to be edgy but... The older I get the less important intelligence seems to me. If I ever have kids, I would rather they were emotionally/psychologically stable (something that seems mildly inversely proportional to intelligence). Charisma, Prettiness (for guys and girls and anyone else), Sociability and Confidence all seem much more useful both for work and life in general.
