    Just to remember that a company is not a NGO, and that a company only purpose is to make money. So a company does not decide to improve the state of art, or help, provide free ideas of the target goal is not to get his share of the incomes.

      Nobody is suggesting otherwise. Just saying that the full picture is more nuanced than your single paragraph summary would suggest. I get the cynicism but it’s not JUST that here. The cryptocurrency space has done an actively terrible job up until this point at creating a global payments infrastructure that businesses are excited about using. They could use some help on that front. This is an organisation with a track record in doing exactly that.
