Why is being “Done” in Agile teams so tragically misunderstood?
- sirwhinesalot 4y agoAt first I was worried this was going to be another Scrum Guru post full of nonsense, but I actually agree with everything said. Though I do feel that Scrum gets in the way of doing truly incremental work due to the separation of work in Sprints. Increments should be small but some might take 1 week, others 5 weeks, probably done in parallel by different team members, shoving things in 3 week sprints just ends up being tiny waterfalls rather than actual Agile.
