I googled a bit and you would not recognize it as art - it's basically a bunch of parallel lines made by multiple people dragging their hand over it in a straight line. The lines cover thousands of square meters of the walls, and the vandalism is of a small portion. I suspect the vandals did not even realize they were overwriting anything.
