I work for an EU tech startup and our experience is entirely the opposite. The trick here is to think about how you use the data before you collect it and not just collect whatever you get by default because thats how you speedrun ending up in the courts.
- martinald 4y agoBut when you are quickly iterating on products you don't know every permutation ahead of time on how you are going to use data?
- bootsmann 4y agoI'd be really interested in what kind of products you're talking about here where blindly collecting customer data ahead of time somehow brings value.
