We had them on a repeating task to call our shop on Wednesday and remind our forgetful technicians to take out the trash. Sometimes the techs would still forget. I was thinking about giving Magic access to the CCTV to verify it actually got done so we could have a non smelly work space... We eventually canceled due to the phone calls being billed at 15 minutes each (which is still fair, we are too small of a company to justify the cost). Overall, i think something like magic needs to stay for the long haul.
