No one gets any surgery until they're at least 16, some are offered puberty blockers but the vast majority don't even get that. The crux of the rest of your comment sort of falls apart after that. With regards to "treatment for homosexuality" you'll find vanishingly few homosexual people fighting to bring it back, and curiously large numbers of heterosexual people clamouring for it to be used on their family members. As a homosexual man, I'll suggest we leave the conversion therapy alone for a few generations and actually let some gay people live healthy lives so people don't think they have to be hetero to be happy.
