> Now, why is building a strong professional network important for introverts? In today's competitive job market, it's not enough to just have a strong resume and skillset. Having a network of connections and relationships can open up new opportunities, provide valuable resources and advice, and help you navigate your career path. It can also help you build your personal brand and reputation within your industry. Sounds like a bunch of BS extroverted people are more likely to say and believe in. This makes me not want to have a strong professional network.

  I don’t believe somebody who asked for a couple coffee chats with me is more deserving of a job referral / recommendation and eventually the job itself than somebody who just applied on the company website.
