Jetbrains Rider. I've been against IDEs in the past but only used free ones, Eclipse and Visual Studio. Rider is so much better. It uses less ram, feels faster and requires less setup. NopCommerce is an amazing free platform. I've worked with a few web frameworks in the past but not with ASP.net (the framework Nop is built on). Nop is a really nice platform. The speed is incredible and figuring out how the code works is intuitive. Almost everything you need for an online store is there out of the box, or available as a plugin. Writing your own plugins is easy.
