You’re almost there. Once they get to school age it gets easier. Right now If you have enough money hire a nanny. You may be able to find someone for a couple hours everyday and that might help. Also hire a cleaner/house keeper etc if the day to day chores are also interfering. Some cruises include a kids club and there are sleep away camps in the summer.
