I can’t do 1 in a row.

- Apreche 4y agoThis is useless to me. It tells me to start out doing sets of 2 push-ups. I am not exaggerating when I say I can do ZERO push-ups. NONE. I can sit there all day and keep trying, and I will not be able to do any. A program that helps me get from 1-100 is useless. I need a program that helps me get from 0-1 first.
