With right now numbers (looking up germany)
A Tesla model 3 uses about 16 kWh/100 km, electricity costs €0.71/kWh, so costs are €11.36/100km.
A 2022 Honda Civic uses about 7L/100 km combined, assume a gas price of €1.6/L (artificially low!), so costs are €11.20/100km
Doing the maths gives me a better understanding of how strangely the European energy market is distorted at this time.
