No need to hack anything. There are countries where DFS does not exist. Move there, install OpenWrt, set the country code appropriately in the GUI for both radios, enjoy both the fast WiFi and the good weather. And regarding the reasons for DFS - it is not due to the radars posing interference for access points, it is the other way round. They are supposed to be able to pick up reflections from clouds and airplanes that literally carry less than a millionth of the power that a typical AP would radiate.
