- gregjor 15y agoAlso a lawsuit waiting to happen if the Myers-Briggs is used for hiring or promotion: http://www.stoel.com/showarticle.aspx?Show=957 http://www.stoel.com/showarticle.aspx?Show=957 I have refused to take the MB "test" during the interview process because the test has no demonstrated scientific validity and no demonstrated predictive value, which makes it discriminatory and possible an ADA violation.
