At my employer we have developed our own state management solution on top of react-easy-state. It's a good solution for us, it matches the backend more closely and has some conventions that work for our model. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for other apps. For personal stuff I like recoil and jotai. They're similar in design. Super simple to start, easy to type, work with layers of complexity.
