You can pull things into Photoshop and retouch there. Novel AI has story writing assistance. Or ChatGPT can be used to provide bits and pieces that can be then combined or improved until something good results. Eg, Chat GPT can write fairly passable poetry that one could use as a base for something actually good. So far all AI works much better when combined with a human that knows what they're doing. You can easily create hundreds of okay pictures, but an actual artist is still by far the best user for an image generator.
