Except H1B is used as a generic term to indicate willingness to sponsor visa applications, including types other than H1B visas (such a TN1 for Mexican and Canadians), so please, keep including it.

- blinkingled 15y agoThat and existing H1B transfers from one employer to another are not affected by the cap.
- liedra 15y agoThere's also E-3s for Australian citizens, which I only just found out about! Probably about the only good thing about the US-Australian FTA :P
