I think that this article could have added the example of the smartphone market with Google and Apple duopoly. It is not a monopoly as they are two, so I guess it is the main reason why no one has really acted so far, but both of them completely locked the market, resulting in a lot less freedom for users. Marketplace issues are a good example but there are a lot other low profile subjects. Back in the days of "mobile phones", there used to be a lot more of choice of different makers/system/features.
