I think having a solid safety net and healthcare not dependent on employment would free up a lot of people to deviate and risk more. Same thing with cheap housing. I think healthcare, safety net, and housing never get addressed because the oligarchs and private school scions know this on a subconscious level.

    No. Socialism is crab mentality, backed by violence. A socialist does not want people to feel safe and free. Quite the opposite.
