I understand what you're saying, but I would hardly call self-checkout "automation." All they did was turn the counter around and made the customer do all the work.
- winternett 4y agoI agree... That's my point... The words used to describe what's going on when tech is integrated into retail are all off base, and it's a smokescreen to gaslight everyone into thinking beneficial strides are being made, while it's actually costing a lot more in the long run. :)
