- badwolf 4y agoConsidering his (current, as of writing this) head of trust and safety is quoted by Reuters, it's more likely that it was shut down, but as soon as articles start popping up on it, it's quickly re-enabled. Bonus for elon to not acknowledge and give more fuel to his cultists to "not trust the media"
- DonHopkins 4y agoAre you kidding me? Not sure??? After all this? I for one am absolutely sure NOT to trust Elon Musk. By now doesn't everyone realize he's an impulsive narcissistic liar? Raise your hand if you're gullible enough to believe his cockamamie story that he was just about to roll out a brand new much better upgraded suicide prevention system, but simply shut down the current system in advance for a while exactly around Christmas Suicide Season, because ...? Funny how he didn't need to turn off the entire twitter feed for a day to implement impression counts, just like he shut down the entire Twitter Spaces system when a journalist asked him an obvious question he didn't like. I'm astounded how willingly and enthusiastically and shamelessly gullible some people are.
- MallocVoidstar 4y agoI tested it after the original Reuters report and it was definitely gone. Repeating the test shows it's back. Musk is lying, again.
