Velocity defeats itself. Get acceleration instead
- pjkundert 4y agoVery insightful. I’ve found myself subconsciously doing this on previous Agile projects. Large-scale unit testing, for example, reduces the Mass of the project, by offloading a large amount of “… and everything else keeps working” overhead from every decision.
