They are focusing on their work and occasionally on the overall team goals while the team lead is doing the opposite. Why have leadership of any kind? Why not

They are focusing on their work and occasionally on the overall team goals while the team lead is doing the opposite. Why have leadership of any kind? Why not just workers committees? :-)
