JFC. Presumed innocence? What the hell is wrong with people. He didn't kill anyone. He's probably a criminal - but until he's convicted he's not a danger to himself or others and should not be in a jail cell. And I don't care if it happens to others - two wrongs don't make a right. We should scrap cash bail for the entire country and fix our justice system, not become a rabid mob demanding everyone suspected of a crime spend time in jail until proven innocent.
