I know that 300k is a lot of folks, but isn't that just a fraction of a percent of California's population? Is this an alarming trend or just something that happens to states on occasion?
- dieselgate 4y agoIt’s less than one percent of the state population and seems to make sense proportionally of people relocating in the past few years.
