Many of the URLs I have stored in LastPass included query parameters, no idea which ones are sensitive or specific to me, but my email, tokens, plenty of plaintext as part of form submissions, etc. I spent time last night updating passwords, adding MFA to some of my lesser used financial accounts, and (importantly) replacing the URLs with simple top level domains.
